Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Purchase Incharge to oversee procurement operations, ensure timely sourcing of materials, coordinate with vendors, maintain cost control, and support smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and components
  • Maintain proper documentation and purchase records
  • Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Control procurement costs and improve purchasing efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Experience in ISO/GMP manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office and inventory management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
