Office Time: 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM [Monday to Saturday]

Internship Summary

We are offering a 3-month internship opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic individuals interested in building a career in procurement and supply chain management. As a Purchase Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in vendor management, sourcing, negotiations, and procurement operations. This internship is designed for freshers to learn the fundamentals of purchase functions and develop practical skills in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers.
• Support in reviewing quotations and comparing supplier proposals.
• Help prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, logistics) for procurement requirements.
• Conduct basic market research to explore cost-effective sourcing options.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and documentation for management.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/ Diploma (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics).
• Experience: Fresher (No prior experience required).
• Software Knowledge: Basic MS Excel knowledge; exposure to ERP (Tally/Zoho) will be an advantage.
