Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Procurement & Purchase Department as Purchase Interns. This internship provides hands-on experience in purchase operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential vendors and suppliers.
• Collect quotations, compare prices, and support vendor selection processes.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments.
• Track inventory levels and support purchase planning activities.
• Assist in maintaining and updating purchase data in internal systems.
• Communicate with internal teams to understand material and supply requirements.
• Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day operations and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (any stream – BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BE, etc.).
• Strong interest in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
