Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to establish long-term relationships.
- Ensure all purchases comply with hotel policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain a preferred supplier list.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Monitor and control purchasing budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Analyze market trends and develop cost-effective procurement plans.
- Ensure adherence to financial and procurement guidelines set by the hotel management.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement effective stock control measures and conduct periodic audits.
- Collaborate with the storekeeper and department heads to ensure accurate stock records.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all purchases comply with local laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement activities.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to understand their procurement needs.
- Provide timely procurement solutions to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
