Job Title: Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to establish long-term relationships.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with hotel policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain a preferred supplier list.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

  • Monitor and control purchasing budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Analyze market trends and develop cost-effective procurement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to financial and procurement guidelines set by the hotel management.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Implement effective stock control measures and conduct periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with the storekeeper and department heads to ensure accurate stock records.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all purchases comply with local laws, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement activities.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to understand their procurement needs.
  • Provide timely procurement solutions to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
