Purchase Manager

• Plan and manage procurement of raw materials such as natural rubber, carbon black, chemicals, and other essential tyre components.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with cost optimization and production schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships including evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring to ensure quality, delivery, and price targets are met.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and inventory teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance, responding proactively to supply chain risks or disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
