Job Title: Purchase Manager – Hospitality (Restaurant)

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 10–15 Years

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement operations for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent negotiation skills, and proven expertise in sourcing quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and operations team for timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in all purchases.
• Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and innovative products.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring minimal wastage and cost control.
• Collaborate with management to forecast requirements and optimize the supply chain.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve performance targets.
