Position: Purchase Manager

Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–7 Years (Electrical Industry Preferred)
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain / Procurement / Accounts Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing operations for electrical turnkey and manufacturing projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials like transformers, switchgear, cables, panels, and consumables.
  • Maintain vendor records, quotations, and purchase orders in coordination with the accounts department.
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchase schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate between design, production, site, and finance teams for timely material flow.
  • Manage GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), bills, and payment approvals in Tally.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project budgets.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of electrical materials and components used in industrial projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP / Prime) for purchase entry, billing, and accounting reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, GST input, and vendor payment tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple project requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,612.28 - ₹26,115.63 per month
