Purchase Manager
Experience: 8–10 Years
Location: Bangalore – Kasturba Road
Department: Construction and Engineering
Reports To: Operations Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials and services.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with the project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels in coordination with the stores and site teams.
- Review and authorize purchase orders, contracts, and work orders.
- Analyze market trends and material price fluctuations to make informed procurement decisions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on procurement performance, vendor evaluation, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with accounts and operations teams for payment processing and reconciliation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- MBA or PG Diploma in Materials Management

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
