# Job Summary: The Purchase Capex Officer is responsible for managing and procuring capital expenditures (Capex) for the organization. This includes sourcing and purchasing equipment, machinery, and other assets necessary for business operations.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Capex planning: Develop and implement Capex plans and strategies to meet business needs.

2. Supplier management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers of Capex items.

3. Purchase negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

4. Contract management: Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers.

5. Budget management: Ensure Capex expenditures are within budget and aligned with business objectives.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
