Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quality, cost, and delivery terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Collaborate with accounts and finance departments for invoice verification and timely payments.
  • Track market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Handle purchase-related documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage import/export processes (if applicable) and coordinate logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
