Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best rates, quality, and timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, agreements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in residential projects in Kerala.
• Strong knowledge of local building materials, suppliers, and pricing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
