Purchase Manager

The Purchase Manager will oversee and manage the procurement of all materials, equipment, and services required for hotel operations — including food & beverage, housekeeping, engineering, and front office departments. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, technical understanding of equipment and maintenance items, and a deep knowledge of vendor management in the hospitality industry.
