To manage daily procurement activity

To do record keeping of Various suppliers’ data, price list, PO, PR, etc.

To manage the daily materials collection/lifting flow from local market as well outsider

To take an immediate action on materials requisition which is raised from store Or Production

To Collect rates from various suppliers & do comparative analysis of each item

To play a vital role on rate negotiation with suppliers

To take a decision to place the order with cheapest rate according with Quality, Quantity & delivery schedule

To analyze market & delivery system in order to assess present & future materials requirement

To plan & visit to vendors as an when required

To resolve the vendor/suppliers’ grievances & to maintain healthily business relationship with each vendor

To frame & implement the departmental strategies, process & policies to run smooth departmental practices.

To verify the & update vendor form as an when required

To active participate in the vendor development segment, & Make min 2 vendors of each item

To check, verify & approve the purchase invoices & send for the further process.

To keep eagle eye on timely availability of materials as per lead time, (Follow zero materials shortage)

To give a cost benefit to the organization in terms of rate negotiation, transportation, quality & qualitative, time delivery

To balance the vendor payment terms with organization cash flow

To prepare & control the purchase budget.

To prepare the monthly reports (New vendor development, cost saving, payable ratio) & present to the top management.

To do close co-ordination with Store & production team

To supervise the team activity & motivate to them to high performance

To manage the HR Life Cycle actively in the purchase department.

Recruitment selection–On Boarding-Training and DEVELOPMENT – Award Rewards

– Performance Mgt. & Improvement Exit

Add minimum six products by analysis to the market.

Ensure minimum rate and fast delivery do arc.

Maintain KPI, ISO and STERP data and documentation.

Sr. Executive is responsible for particular plant and manager responsible for both plants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
