Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals and budget.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain and update vendor database, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Review purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with the IT, Finance, and Project teams to forecast procurement needs.
  • Analyze pricing trends, supplier performance, and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Track and manage annual procurement budgets and report on spending performance.
  • Handle vendor escalations and resolve supply chain issues promptly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT products, software licensing models, and service procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement management tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
  • Strong ethical and cost-conscious approach to purchasing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
