### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, services, and equipment.

* Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project and organizational goals.

* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

* Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation through ERP system.

* Monitor material stock levels and coordinate with project and store teams for timely replenishment.

* Maintain vendor database, assess performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Analyze purchase data and prepare cost comparison reports using **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).

* Work closely with project, accounts, and inventory departments to ensure smooth procurement flow.

* Support budgeting and cost-control activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain / MBA preferred.

* Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement; **real estate or construction industry experience preferred.**

* Strong knowledge of **ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP / other)**.

* Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** – data analysis, MIS reporting, cost tracking, dashboards.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

### **Preferred:**

* Knowledge of local and national suppliers in the real estate sector.

* Experience with bulk material purchase (cement, steel, tiles, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

* Exposure to contract management and procurement audits.
