1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, bakery items, packaging materials, and equipment.
2. Inventory Planning & Control
- Monitor stock levels across stores/central kitchen and plan purchases accordingly.
- Ensure zero stock-out situations for fast-moving SKUs.
- Prevent overstocking, wastage, and expiry by following FIFO/FEFO.
- Coordinate with store incharge, kitchen team, and warehouse for timely material movement.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Conduct regular market research to compare prices and track trends.
