Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have expertise in production planning, workflow management, and a strong understanding of import/export processes. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to ensure timely output and quality standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Handle documentation and processes related to import/export operations.
• Track inventory, raw material procurement, and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare regular reports on production output, quality, and timelines for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Production, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in production management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
