Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute purchasing strategies for various FMCG categories to ensure supply security and cost savings.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, select, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Conduct regular performance reviews.

Negotiation & Sourcing: Lead complex negotiations for favorable terms, pricing, and contracts. Proactively source new materials and alternative vendors.

Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with planning and warehousing teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and manage inward logistics.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records.

Field Operations & Transport: Required to travel locally (and occasionally intercity) to meet vendors, inspect materials, and manage logistics/delivery issues, utilizing a four-wheeler vehicle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Procurement/Purchasing, specifically within the FMCG or related manufacturing sector is essential.

Gender & Driving: Male candidate with a valid Four-Wheeler Driving License and proven driving experience is a mandatory requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
