Purchase Manager

1. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sourcing and supply chain management systems

2. Establish vendor selection, evaluation, and development programs focusing on cost, quality, and delivery reliability.

3. Lead supplier relationship management (SRM) to strengthen long-term partnerships.

4. Collaborate with production, planning, QA, and finance teams to ensure smooth material flow from supplier to shop floor.

5. Oversee logistics, warehousing, and material movement to minimize lead time and transportation costs.

6. Conduct supplier audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews using supplier scorecards.

7. Implement value engineering, alternate sourcing, and cost-reduction initiatives.

8. Monitor market trends, raw material cost fluctuations, and supply risks to ensure business continuity.

9. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, QMS standards, and IATF 16949 requirements.

10. Drive digital transformation of the supply chain through ERP and data-based decision-making

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
