Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Manager with strong procurementand bookkeeping experience to handle purchasing operations for both ImmaculateEducational Services and Millennial Premium Living Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate must beefficient, well-organized, and capable of managing vendor relationships while ensuringaccurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

Manage end-to-end purchasing operations including sourcing, vendor coordination, andprocurement planning. Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize cost-effective deals. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and paymentsettlements. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and quality ofmaterials.

Documentation & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate purchase records, bills, invoices, and related documentation. Update purchase ledgers and support the accounts team with required financial entries. Ensure proper filing of all purchase-related documents for audits and internal reviews.

Inventory & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams to assess and fulfil material and inventory requirements. Prepare regular purchase reports and maintain stock records for both entities. Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation.

Compliance

Adhere to company policies, procurement guidelines, and financial accuracy standards. Ensure transparency and accountability in all purchasing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, orrelated field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement with strong bookkeeping/accountingexposure.

Solid understanding of purchase cycles, vendor management, and basic accountingprinciples.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software/tools.

Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and manage procurement activities across two companies.

High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.35 - ₹35,000.00 per month
