Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Kolkata

Role Overview

You’ll handle day-to-day procurement activities, from gathering vendor quotations to issuing purchase orders and maintaining complete documentation. The role needs someone organised, detail-driven and comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and compare vendor quotations based on internal purchase requests
  • Prepare and release purchase orders in line with internal guidelines
  • Maintain updated procurement records including quotations, POs, invoices and vendor info
  • Check invoices for accuracy and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments
  • Ensure all procurement actions follow internal processes and compliance requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related stream
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable working in a structured process-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
