Purchase Manager Job Responsibilities
1. Candidate should have experience in Purchase Department at least 5 to 10 years preferably from Manufacturing Company.
2. Developing and Implementing Purchase Strategies
3. Managing daily purchase activities, supervising staff and allocating tasks
4. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.
5. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documentation.
6. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
7. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
8. Managing the maintenance of office / manufacturing equipment and machinery.
9. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
10. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
11. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
12. Deep Knowledge of Inventory and supply chain management.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing Software
14. Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
15. Good at Negotiation Skills, Planning and Organizational
16. Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
