We Are Hiring – Purchase Manager (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 6 – above 10 years
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the hospitality operations.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Ensure timely sourcing of food, beverage, housekeeping, and operational supplies.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with departments for stock requirements.
• Evaluate purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain updated records of purchased items, pricing, and delivery details.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and quality standards.

Key Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in procurement/purchasing within the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Good knowledge of hospitality materials, F&B items, and vendor networks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
