Purchase Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Purchase Head to lead procurement operations for our sheet metal manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization, with a strong preference for experience in the sheet metal industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for material planning
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procurement policies
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations
• Prepare and present purchase reports to senior management

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in purchase/procurement
• Prior experience in the sheet metal industry is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and procurement software
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to join immediately
