Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for solar modules, inverters, batteries, structures, cables, and BOS components
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to optimize cost without compromising quality
- Develop procurement plans aligned with project timelines, engineering specifications, and budgets
- Monitor market trends, vendor performance, and competitor pricing in the solar industry
- Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain inventory records through ERP systems
- Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams to ensure timely material availability
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and internal procurement policies
- Lead, guide, and manage the purchase team to achieve procurement targets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of procurement experience in solar or renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, and BOS components
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, negotiation techniques, and data analysis
Skills & Experience:
- Strong vendor relationship and supply chain management expertise
- Familiarity with domestic and global solar component pricing and contracts
- Ability to manage risks, timelines, and cost pressures effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹17,291.22 - ₹78,486.11 per month
