Job Title: Purchase Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: From AED 4,000 - AED 5,500
Experience: 3–5 years experience as Purchase Manager for the interior design/interior fixtures industry
Driving Requirement: Valid driving license (personal car preferred, petrol/fuel allowance provided.

Our dynamic team is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to efficiently handle procurement, ensure timely availability of materials, and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, fixtures, and services for interior design projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with design and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, track orders, and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, project specifications, and company policies.
• Oversee logistics and transportation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the interior design or interior fixtures industry.
• Valid driving license; personal car preferred (petrol/fuel allowance provided).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage suppliers, and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
