We are looking for Purchase and Procurement Office .

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for gifting items, packaging materials, and customized products.Source new and innovative gifting products in line with market trends and client requirements.Obtain and compare quotations, samples, and specifications from suppliers.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet project and client deadlines.Coordinate with stores/warehouse for inventory planning and stock control.Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and client specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,964.81 - ₹45,297.00 per month
