Purchase Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our company's procurement process and manage our inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, inventory management, and proficiency in Tally software.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to optimize procurement processes.

· Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services according to company requirements.

· Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

· Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.

· Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and reconcile discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels in Tally software.

· Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock wastage and optimize storage space.

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement and inventory management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· Proven work experience as a Purchase Manager or similar role.

· Proficiency in Tally software is essential.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
