Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement purchasing plans, forecast demand, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, negotiate, select, build relationships, monitor performance, and manage contracts with vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Work with Project Managers to align procurement with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage purchasing budgets, track costs, and ensure competitive pricing for materials.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Oversee inventory, schedule deliveries, ensure timely arrival, and manage storage.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risks from price fluctuations and ensure quality control.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain records, approve payments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise purchasing staff, foster new product awareness, and stay updated on market trends.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction procurement.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction materials, market trends, and supply chain.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
  • Excellent communication and vendor relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,112.49 - ₹56,893.60 per month
