Job Description – Senior Purchase Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best commercial terms.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Analyze purchase data, forecast requirements, and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor market trends, risks, and pricing to support strategic decisions.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Supply Chain certification preferred).
- 5 years of procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge procurement best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
