Purchase Manager

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 5 - 10+ Years of experience handling Purchase / procurement activities for a Construction / Real Estate company.

1. To source, negotiate and procures all required materials, basically building / Construction materials and suppliers

2. Manage vendor relations, control budgets, ensuring quality in materials sourced

3. Coordinating with project teams to optimize costs and timely project delivery

4. Expert in procurement planning, vendor development, and supply chain management for mid & large-scale construction projects

Role Description

• Highly skilled in negotiations, vendor development, and material sourcing.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain or materials management within the construction or real estate sector.
• Ability to work with ERP systems, MS Office, and understand construction project lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Oversee Stores activities and will be responsible for proper storage of materials at site.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, inward/outward entries, and stock movement.
• Constantly monitor stock levels and timely procurement of materials to ensure smooth flow of construction activities.
