Job Description :-

• Procurement Management: Oversee purchasing activities and ensure efficient procurement processes.
• Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for purchases and negotiate pricing contracts with vendors.
• Software Proficiency: Tally ERP 9

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within the residential sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is a must.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
