Job Description:

We are hiring a Purchase Manager / Assistant Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement activities. The role involves sourcing and developing vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring material requirements, and ensuring timely supply of mechanical/electrical materials. Candidate should be proficient in SAP HANA / ECC for purchase orders, inventory monitoring, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for cost optimization.

Manage vendor identification, evaluation, and relationship building.

Process purchase requisitions, issue POs, and track deliveries in SAP.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and finance teams for material planning.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper purchase records.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong knowledge of engineering procurement processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP HANA / ECC.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
