Looking for Procurement Manager to support the existing business as well as provide services to 3rd partyRoles and Responsibilities
- Identifying Suppliers / Vendors for Civil, Interiors and MEP materials
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Issuing Purchase Orders and managing the logistics
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Coordinate with Site Engineers to ensure proper stock availability
- Vendors Premises to be Visited
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7 years or more experience as a Procurement executive / manager in Civil, Interiors and MEP materials
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹14,783.15 - ₹47,604.40 per month
