Purchase Manager CUM Cashier

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling all restaurant purchases, vendor coordination, cash transactions, and daily accounts. Ensures timely procurement, cost control, and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

(Must know pet pooja software)

• Source and purchase food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
• Negotiate with vendors for best rates and quality.
• Maintain purchase and stock records.
• Handle daily billing, cash collection, and deposits.
• Manage petty cash and vendor payments.
• Prepare daily sales and expense reports.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in purchasing and cashiering (restaurant/hospitality preferred).
• Good negotiation, accounting, and Excel skills.
• Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
