Purchase Manager (Food Industry)

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for food products and kitchen supplies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain and update purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and chefs to understand their procurement needs.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues that arise.
• Analyze market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
