To strategically manage the procurement of all hospital supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and timely availability to support seamless clinical operations and organizational objectives, while minimizing financial risks like overstocking.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Pharmacy; MBA or MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) is often preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 3–5 years of procurement experience specifically in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and advanced MS Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking for cost-saving, and attention to detail regarding medical product specifications.
