Key Role of the Position- The Purchase Personnel will be responsible for managing, and optimizing procurement across MOC network. This role ensures cost-effective sourcing of consumables, medical equipment such as In house Lab Machines, and non-medical supplies, while maintaining strict quality, compliance, and timely delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for chemotherapy consumables, Lab medical devices, and general supplies.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to optimize costs.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Drug Licensing, NABH, GST, etc.).

· Build and maintain strong vendor relationships across regions.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

· Oversee centralized and regional procurement for multiple daycare centers.

· Coordinate with operations, IT and other teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.

· Implement demand forecasting models to avoid stock-outs and expiries.

Financial & Operational Efficiency

· Drive cost savings through bulk procurement, rate contracts, and vendor consolidation.

· Track procurement budgets, variances, and financial KPIs.

· Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments and credit management.

· Implement procurement automation/digital tools for transparency and efficiency.

Compliance & Quality

· Ensure all procurement meets statutory, ethical, and company standards.

· Coordinate with quality assurance to conduct vendor audits.

· Maintain accurate procurement records for internal and external audits.

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and oncology drug availability.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Knowledge of medical consumables.

· Proficiency in ERP/procurement software.

· Analytical thinking with cost optimization mindset.

· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary: As per industry standard
