Job location: Peenya 2nd stage

Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

1. Develop procurement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and budget.

2. Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing plans accordingly.

3. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services.

5. Assess and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

6. Develop and manage the purchasing budget, ensuring cost savings without compromising quality.

7. Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

8. Ensure inventory levels are maintained, preventing stockouts or overstocking.

9. Work closely with Stores department to streamline stock handling.

10. Ensure that all purchases comply with organizational policies and legal regulations.

11. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders and contracts.

12. Prepare reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and supplier performance for management review.

13. Analyze purchasing data and recommend improvements to procurement processes.

14. Research and identify potential suppliers for various products and services.

15. Plan vendor payments.

Job requirements:

1. Proven experience as Purchase Manager / Purchase executive.

2. Organizational and leadership abilities.

3. Communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

5. Problem-solving skills.

Salary: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
