Role Summary

The Purchase Manager will handle global sourcing, pricing negotiation, order planning, and inventory

control of semiconductor components. The role requires strong supplier management, international

procurement experience, and technical understanding of electronic components.

Key Responsibilities

 Source semiconductor components from global vendors.

 Negotiate pricing, terms, credit limits, and long-term supply agreements.

 Compare quotations and ensure best-cost procurement while maintaining margins.

 Maintain optimum inventory levels and plan purchases based on sales forecasts.

 Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance for smooth order execution.

 Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.

 Manage import documentation, logistics, and customs-related processes.

 Maintain purchase records, pricing history, and audit-ready documentation.

 Stay updated with semiconductor market trends and suggest alternate parts when needed.

Skills & Experience Required

 3–10 years’ experience in procurement of semiconductors/electronic components.

 Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.

 Understanding of datasheets, component specs, and technical requirements.

 Experience with global sourcing, imports, and logistics.

 Good analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

 Proficiency in ERP/purchasing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹62,933.86 per month
