Job Title - Purchase Officer

Experience - 3-4 years

Qualification- BE Mechanical Only

Location - Lower parel , Mumbai

Notice period - 15 days

Responsibilities

• Identify and source mechanical components and materials.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendor relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
• Prepare regular reports on purchase activities and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field..
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP or procurement software.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
