1. Supplier Sourcing and Management

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for materials and services related to aluminum door and window production.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality supply.
  • Conduct regular assessments of suppliers' performance, quality, and pricing.

2. Procurement and Purchasing

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders for required materials, equipment, and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

3. Inventory Management

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials for production.
  • Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to track inventory usage and forecast future needs.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

4. Cost Control and Budgeting

  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and budget performance.

5. Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all purchased materials and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to address any issues related to material quality.
  • Implement and maintain supplier quality assurance programs.

6. Logistics and Delivery Management

  • Coordinate the logistics and delivery of materials to ensure timely and efficient supply to the production team.
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or damages.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and related documentation.

7. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and supplier management.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement performance and compliance.

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
