Purchase Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Engineer to lead our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• *Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
• *Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
• *Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
• *Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive procurement landscape.
• Tracking and expedition of issued Purchase Orders

*Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders .
*Generate, review, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

• * Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage budgets for procurement activities without compromising quality and or project timeline.

QUALIFICATION
*Graduates/B-Tech (with Machin manufacturing).
*3-5 years proven experience in procurement or purchase especially in Automation industry.
*Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
*Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• *Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
