Exohom is a leading residential interior design and bespoke fit-out company, redefining living

spaces with love, comfort, emotion, and character. We specialize in turnkey solutions, including

interiors, joinery, furniture, MEP, and villa/apartment upgrades. Our new Experience Center in

Dubai will showcase innovation, design, and craftsmanship; and we are seeking a dynamic

Procurement Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing for our residential fit-out, joinery, and bespoke furniture projects. This role requires a strong negotiator with a deep knowledge of local materials, standards, and supplier networks in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support residential fit-out and joinery

operations.

• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for furniture, materials, finishes, and

joinery works.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely

supply.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, joinery units, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material quality and compliance with local standards and project specifications.
• Maintain updated supplier database and procurement records.
• Collaborate with design, project management, and production teams to forecast

procurement needs.

• Oversee logistics, timely delivery, and inventory of critical project materials.
• Continuously explore new products, materials, and technologies that enhance project

quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within residential fit-out,

joinery, or furniture production.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Solid knowledge of local standards, materials, and sourcing channels.
• Well-connected with a wide supplier and joinery network in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Young, energetic, and presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
