Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services at optimal cost
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability
- Prepare and process purchase orders and track order status
- Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve supply issues
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Support cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
