A company registered under company act of India, having its office in Ghatkopar, Mumbai and Factory at Khopoli, is in the field of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of Shot blasting equipment’s, paint booths, material handling systems, conveyors etc. Present work force strength of the organisation is more than 85. It also has a division which undertakes operation & maintenance services and presently have manpower strength of over 200 working in various sites all over India.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Post : Purchase / Sales Coordinator

Mechanical engineering BE/DME from recognised institution interested in the field of Purchase with keen interest in technicality, having 1 – 3 years of experience.

Any Graduate with previous knowledge of purchase /sales also are eligible to apply

Aspirants should have the following attributes:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good Command over English

Good knowledge and understanding of technical details

Basic numerical ability & IT skills

Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling purchase /sales enquires and follow ups

Handling call, preparing purchase reports

Preparing Sales quotations and follow ups

Co-ordination with suppliers/customers

Assisting in preparing comparisons of offers and finalizing orders.

Verification of GRN and approval of purchase invoices

Complying to all company policies and procedures

Complying with ISO documentation and procedures

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
