Purchase & Sales Executive

Urgently Looking for the Purchase and Sales Executive ,for Andheri West Location

Source and procure bottles (glass, PET, or other materials) and related packaging items from approved vendors.

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams to ensure material specifications and standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan reorders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices
• Visit to vendor places kausamba , vapi , Hyderabad
• Ready to relocate

Sales Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries and develop new sales leads for bottles and packaging materials.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for on-time deliveries.
• Track payments and follow up with customers for collections.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of bottle manufacturing processes, materials, and packaging standards.
• Good understanding of procurement and sales cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchase/sales within the packaging or bottle industry.
• Experience with both PET and glass bottles preferred.
• Fluency in [languages relevant to your region].

Pay: ₹20,000.82 - ₹30,000.00 per month
