Job Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory requisition, purchase order receipts, and daily store operations.
  • Handle MRR (Materials Received Register), storage, dispatch, and overall inventory control.
  • Prepare and maintain MRN / MIN (Material Receipt Note / Material Issue Note) through ERP.
  • Execute all store-related tasks as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Maintain all store reports in both manual records and ERP systems.
  • Update and monitor store stock register and assets stock register.
  • Prepare monthly store reconciliation statements.
  • Ensure minimum stock levels for critical and high-value items.
  • Follow proper procedures for stock issuing, tracking, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and accounts for smooth material flow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and audit requirements at the store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,627.48 - ₹45,000.00 per month
