Purchase & Stores Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage inventory, coordinate dispatch operations, and support end-to-end supply chain activities. The role involves maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries, and working closely with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inventory (inward, outward, and stock balance)
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular audits
  • Prepare materials for dispatch (picking, packing, labeling, documentation)
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Handle basic documentation (GRN, delivery challans, invoices)
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase/transfer requests
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and material organization
  • Support procurement and planning teams when required

Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in inventory, dispatch, or warehouse operations
  • Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory systems)
