Key Responsibilities:
- Support the purchase team in vendor coordination, RFQs, follow-ups, and basic negotiations.
- Maintain and update purchase records, documentation, PO logs, and item trackers.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, comparing quotations, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and delivery updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for dispatches, delivery schedules, and pending orders.
- Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.
- Support the team in data entry, filing, and generating periodic reports.
Skills Required:
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured process-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical mindset.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
